Also remember, at 1:08 (three steps below port forwarding) is DMZ.  You can also enter the DVR/NVR's IP adres in the DMZ option which will forward all ports automatically to the DVR/NVR.  This is usefull if you only use one DVR/NVR on site.  Also remember to disable any firewalls.  But basically, this is easy to do.
