Basic full remote view setup with PORT FORWARDING from embedded to PC with NO-IP

We did a full remote view setup on NO-IP with our XMEYE embedded (WITH PORT FORWARDING)  Please note this steps is the same for all our embeddeds.  If you can do the setup for XMEYE, your NEYE and QMEYE/WAPA embeddeds will be the same setup except for the menu's being a bit different.  Remember your NO-IP must be setup like this:  DOMAIN NAME - FULL DDNS ADDRESS (for example eagleviewsecurity.ddns.net), your username must be the email address you used to register NO-IP (for example info@eagleviewsecurity.com), your password is the password you selected when you registered on NO-IP, not the embeddeds password.
